The theme for the 2000 Road Rally was "MM" -- as in roman numeral 2000, for the year, for Y2K, whatever. The reading of the rules is always promptly at 10pm the night before the rally. This year, Judy (one of this year's judges) was giving us some subtle hints ... note the Mickey Mouse shirt and skirt.
